A reader from Stoke-on-Trent is moving to Manchester. He wants to know what will happen to his car insurance and home insurance premiums.
Ian Durrell, myfinances.co.uk insurance expert from the Only Group, which includes
onlyinsurance.com
, tackles the issue.
Mr Harrison from Stoke-on-Trent asks:
When I use search engines to find this out, all I get is comparison sites!
I would love to know if I moved from Stoke to Manchester, what impact would it have on my car and house insurance - broadly speaking?
Thanks.
Ian replies:
A lot depends on where exactly you are moving from and where exactly you are moving to.
But it is safe to say car insurance premiums and home insurance premiums will invariably increase with your move to Manchester.
