HSBC offers 10% interest on Regular Saver

HSBC is offering customers access to a Regular Saver account paying 10% interest.

The deal is open to HSBC's Bank Account Plus, Premier, and Passport customers from Monday February 5th 2007.

HSBC's Bank Account Plus is also offering 6% interest on credit balances up to £2,500 for 12 months to if you open an account before April 1st, 2007.

"Recent research by the bank found that 53 per cent of savers are saving on a regular basis and want to earn a high rate of interest, yet 50 per cent also flexibility with their accounts," said Mike Oliver, HSBC head of current accounts.

"HSBC’s new 10% Regular Saver and 6% offer on Bank Account Plus provide the perfect place to manage one’s finances, with customers earning two of the highest rates of interest on the market on both their long-term savings and cash they have instant access to."
