The Co-operative Bank is re-launching its fixed rate platinum credit card.
The 9.9 per cent rate applies for purchases, cash, cheques, balance transfers for five years.
No annual fee applies.
The card is available to people over the age of 25 with incomes over £25,000.
David Fawell, head of unsecured lending at the Co-operative Bank, said: "This credit card offers those customers who are not looking to constantly switch their borrowing in the current economic climate peace of mind that the low rate they sign up to will remain fixed for five years.
"However, as well as a market leading rate, there is also an excellent package of travel discounts and incentives, an ethical involvement and no annual fee to pay."
Other benefits of the card include a 46 day interest free period, 90 days purchase protection insurance and emergency cash service, up to £100,000 free travel accident insurance, when the card is used to pay for travel tickets, and holiday discounts.
