Tesco adds van insurance to website

Monday, 17 Nov 2008 12:06
Financial search engine, Tescocompare.com, has now started providing van insurance policies to its line-up.

According to Tesco, the new channel allows van drivers to compare over 300 insurance deals from 17 insurance brokers.

It will compare premiums, as well as the specifics of the policy. And Tesco said van drivers can compare these policies on a like-for-like basis across different features such as compulsory and voluntary excess and audio and windscreen limits.

Matthew Dransfield, of Tescocompare.com, said: "Our comparison site is continuously growing and adding a van insurance channel offers drivers a great tool to find the best insurance policy to suit their needs.

"It's easy to use and compares a range of different features to allow drivers to make an informed choice on their insurance options."

Every driver who gets a quote with Tescocompare.com qualifies for a free Legal Expenses Insurance policy worth £25, even if they don’t buy their policy through the website.
