Tesco makes travel insurance 20% cheaper

Tesco has cut 20% from the price of instant annual travel insurance policies bought online.
The cheap travel insurance deal is available from May 23rd 2007 until August 14th.
There is also a 5% discount on single trip cover bought online over the same period.
"Travel insurance might not be the most glamorous part of a trip but it’s certainly a necessity," said Allan Burns, head of Tesco travel insurance.
"By offering our customers good quality travel cover at a great sale price, we are giving them more money to spend on holiday as well as peace of mind."
To qualify for online Tesco Instant Travel Insurance customers must have no pre-existing medical conditions and be 64 or under.
