Water bills will fall slightly by 2015 say Ofwat

The average householder in England and Wales could be paying slightly less for their water bills in 2015.

The Conservatives have condemned plans to tax households for each phone line they have

Up to two million people will have to pay a new £6 tax on their telephone line according to leaked government papers.
