Dean Mirfin, business development director at Key Retirement Solutions (KRS) was involved in creating the company 10 years ago.

As business development director he is responsible for the main technical aspects of how KRS advises its clients, produces the relevant research, and how it can develop the equity release market.

In addition he runs key partnerships, the division which helps other advisers provide equity release solutions to their clients via referrals to KRS.

He is dedicated to growing the equity release market both within KRS and also by supporting others who want to further develop within this sector of the industry.

Dean regularly appears in the press and on television and radio as a technical and sales specialist for the equity release market.
