Tesco ski insurance offer

Tesco Personal Finance is offering free winter sports cover.

The travel insurance offer runs until February, through the height of the ski season, and offers free winter sports cover on any policy over eight days, including annual policies.

The deal makes the average European annual insurance policy with winter sports cover now worth £41.50.

Allan Burns, head of travel insurance at Tesco, said: "At this time of year everyone is thinking about their upcoming ski holidays and by using our offer, people can save money on what is one of the most expensive sports around.

"By purchasing our annual product they can easily take advantage of any extra last minute deals in the knowledge that they will still be covered."

The offers is open to customers applying online and over the phone.
