Commercial policy documentation upgraded by Aviva
Aviva has announced it has improved its policy documentation to make it more customer-friendly and extend its cover.
The organisation revealed wider insurance protection as standard, as well as specific cover enhancements for a number of trades.
It stated the move will provide even more reasons for brokers to recommend Aviva to clients.
Product manager at the company Melvyn Harris commented: "The changes mean that each customer's specific cover is driven from their trade [and] not a one-size fits-all or a high level segment basis."
He added the strategy will enable Aviva to better implement cover enhancements in the future.
