Insurance claims 'made easy' with launch of new website
Making an insurance claim has been made more accessible with the launch of AEGON's new website.
The portal will help customers through the various stages of a claim and aims to make it easier to understand the process involved.
Matt Rann, AEGON's group head of underwriting and claims, said: "The site includes checklists to ensure all the relevant medical information is disclosed [and] application forms are completed in full."
Visitors to the company's site will receive help with working out the level of cover that they already have and get access to a glossary of relevant terms to help make sense of any jargon.
