M&S insurance victorious at industry awards
Two accolades have been scooped at the 2010 Moneywise Customer Service Awards by Marks and Spencer (M&S) insurance.
The organisation was victorious in the categories of Most Trusted Motor Insurance Provider and Best Travel Insurance Provider for Service.
Winners at the event were decided by a customer service survey in which more than 10,000 responses were collected between January to March this year.
M&S Money chief executive Colin Kersley commented: "We are delighted that M&S Car and Travel Insurance have been recognised at the Moneywise Awards."
He added all the company's cover policies are designed with the consumer in mind.
