Churchill offers two months of car insurance free

Anyone on the lookout for a new car insurance quote may be tempted to go to Churchill.

The cover provider has announced that from December 26th 2011 until March 31st 2012, it will be providing 12 months' motor insurance for the price of ten.

Furthermore, any quotes people get during the special offer period will be valid for 90 days, so people whose policies are due for renewal shortly after it can still benefit.

Quotes can be taken up on the phone and via the internet and drivers get protection if they are hit by an uninsured motorist as standard, as well as cover for another named driver and access to a 24-hour accident recovery helpline.

In related motoring news, the Association of British Insurers recently reassured car owners that fitting winter tyres should not affect their car insurance, although it may be a good idea to notify the provider.
