For one in four people, the recession is the first experience of an economic downturn - but help and advice is on hand.

Join the duo on April 16th at 13:00.

Chris and Alison will be looking at:

. Meeting mortgage repayments

. Looking after day-to-day expenses

. Planning for a rainy day

. Financial considerations after losing a job

. Deal with debt

Submit a question below now about your money worries and join us on Thursday 16th April at 1pm or catch the repeated chat aired afterwards.
