More Than Legal Services: tools for debt

More Than Legal Services is offering customers online tools and over the phone legal assistance to help people organize their finances and manage debt.

The online tools consist of interactive documents that people can use to communicate with creditors, including an income and expenditure statement, and holding letter to creditor, and offer letter to creditors, and letter or mortgage providers.

The service costs about £20 when added to More Than home insurance.

Head of More Than Legal Services Annette Lepper said: "More Than Legal Services provides customers with information and tools so they can take simple steps to assess their financial situation and hopefully get to grips in managing their debt. In today's climate it's imperative that people take debt support where it's available."
