New WAG card unveiled by Travelex
Travelex has developed a special, World Cup-themed application for its prepaid currency card, Cash Passport.
It is designed especially for wives and girlfriends (WAGs) of the players taking part this month in the tournament in South Africa.
The product aims to provide security and spending control to women - and its cash limit has been extended from £5,000 to £30,000.
Ana Ansell from the organisation said: "The cards can be used for buying things or cash withdrawals so the girls can use them virtually anywhere."
Travelex noted 22 WAGs at the last World Cup in Germany in 2006 spent around £1 million over the duration of the competition.
