Tesco Bank has released details of a range of financial offers across different sectors of the personal finance market.
Tesco Bank has reduced the rate on personal loans between £7,500 and £14,999 down to 6.1 per cent taking it to the top of the best-buy tables.
There are no changes to Tesco’s Clubcard Credit Card but it still represents a competitive deal offering 15 months interest-free period on purchases and nine months interest-free on balance transfers, though this comes with a 2.9 per cent charge on the balance transferred. Clubcard points are available on all purchases and the interest rate when it begins to apply is 16.9 per cent APR representative (variable).

New customers applying for and purchasing Tesco pet insurance before the end of February who have a Clubcard will receive a £20 Tesco Gift Card. You need to quote JANPET20 when you apply online or over the phone.
A similar offer on car insurance is also being launched by Tesco Bank. Once again, Clubcard holders who buy car insurance online directly from tescobank.com by 29th February 2012 will get £25 off fuel at Tesco petrol stations. The code you need is JANCAR25 and you will need to quote your Clubcard number.
