New mortgage rates from Northern Rock

Northern Rock has expanded the Everyday mortgage range which it introduced in earlier this year.

Customers can now take advantage of the Everyday Two Year tracker with a rate of 2.59 per cent and a fee of £995, which is available to customers with a deposit of 30 per cent.

The Everyday Two Year Fixed is open to those with a 25 per cent deposit and comes with a rate of 3.89 per cent.

In addition, the lender has announced the launch of three-year fixed and tracker products following feedback from customers.

Buyers can fix their rate for three years with rates starting from 4.29 per cent.
