Fixed-rate mortgages reduced by Santander
Santander has announced it is reducing fees on selected two and three-year fixed mortgages by £500.
The organisation will also be cutting the costs on its two-year deal for Loyal Movers to £495 and is slashing its Flexible Offset to £1,250.
Buyers of the products will receive Santander's homebuyer Solution, which includes £250 cashback and a free basic valuation.
Phil Cliff, mortgage director at the provider, said the fee reduction is a continuation of "the home of UK mortgages'" attractive product range.
He added the extra incentives should "relieve some of the extra costs that come with buying a home."
