New mortgage range announced by Leeds

Tuesday, 06 July 2010 12:00

Leeds Building Society has unveiled its new range of mortgages in an effort to deliver "peace of mind" to customers.

It is a five-year fixed home loan product that allows consumers to pay off up to ten per cent of the capital each year without penalty.

They will then receive £1,000 cash-back upon completion.

The mortgage is fully portable and there is no higher lending charge, the organisation explained.

Kim Rebecchi, sales and marketing director at the firm, said: "It benefits those borrowers who wish to lock into the certainty of low fixed repayments."

She added people can take the product with them if they choose to move house.
