Santander has launched a new three-year fixed mortgage deal.

Available with no fee to all homebuyers and remortgagors on a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 75 per cent, it has an interest rate of 4.15 per cent.

In addition, borrowers using the Santander Homebuyer Solution can get a free basic valuation and £250 cash-back on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation and either free legals or the same amount of cash-back.

The move comes just two weeks after the banking group revamped its two-year fixed offering, now available for 75 per cent LTV at 3.55 per cent with no fee.

Its Flexi Homebuyer and Remortgage products also came down in price, with the interest rate reduced by up to 0.15 per cent for homebuyers and 0.25 per cent for remortgagors.

Phil Cliff, director of Santander Mortgages, said: "As the 'Home of UK Mortgages', we understand the challenges faced by today's homeowners and are committed to supporting borrowers across the UK."
