Coventry Intermediaries launches Flexx Fixed mortgage range

Coventry Intermediaries is launching its new Flexx Fixed range of fixed-rate mortgage products tomorrow (July 26th) under its Godiva Mortgages brand.

These include two, three and five year deals with no early repayment charges on loan-to-value ratios of between 50 per cent and 85 per cent.

The range also features deals over the same terms with no arrangement fees, for customers who want to minimise their upfront costs.

Colin Franklin, Managing Director, Godiva Mortgages, said many borrowers are looking for the security of fixed-rate deals amid current levels of uncertainty.

"As fixed rates with no ERCs are rare in today's market, we are confident that our new range which offers ultimate flexibility will be very popular," he added. "And for borrowers looking for low initial costs, our fixed rates with no arrangement fees are ideal."
