New mortgage deals launched by Coventry
Thursday, 11 August 2011 01:14
A range of new fixed-rate mortgage deals have been launched by Coventry Building Society (CBS).
All of the new products have a rate of just 2.99 per cent and a booking fee of £199.
They will be made available to customers this Friday (August 12th).
The building society's two-year, fixed-rate mortgage has a £299 arrangement fee, while the three-year deal costs £800 to arrange.
CBS's latest 2.99 per cent four-year mortgage deal, meanwhile, has a fee of £1,800.
Colin Franklin, sales and marketing director at the building society, said: "Hot on the heels of our recently launched Flexx for Term and capped tracker mortgages, we are extending our market leading range still further."
He added that the new range puts borrowers in control as they can decide how long they want to lock into the 2.99 per cent rate for.
CBS recently cut the rates on many of its buy-to-let range of mortgage deals.
