The property market seems to be starting to step back up, so is it time to get back on board.

Expert Sarah Beeny, host of Channel 4's Property Ladder and Property Snakes and Ladders, will be on hand to answer your questions on property.

As mortgage lending to buyers starts to pick up tentatively, and house prices are rising as buyers chase a limited number of new homes coming up for sale, the market is still on a knife edge.

Economists are predicting further house price falls and the number of properties being sold to stay low.
