Dr Ros Altmann, Director General of Saga talks to Pensions Minister, Steve Webb about his accomplishments in the first 18 months of the coalition government and plans for the rest of the government term including the introduction of auto-enrolment for employees into employer pension schemes.

Steve Webb explains how he feels his best achievement in the first 18 months is to begin restoring the link to earnings.

He then talks about the governments plans to get the foundation of pensions correct, to simplify the system into a single payment and how the government plans to encourage millions more people to start saving for retirement for the first time.
