£100 cashback offer for new Santander customers

New customers who move their current accounts to Santander will be able to enjoy a £100 cashback offer, a popular incentive that is to continue throughout the summer.

Banking director with the company Nici Audhlam-Gardiner observed that the decision to extend the option is recognition of just how popular it has proved to be and the bank is keen to carry on rewarding its new customers.

Those who switch to Santander's Premium, Reward or Preferred current accounts will be able to take advantage of the £100 offer, with the accounts themselves paying an in-credit interest rate of five per cent for one year.

In addition, new clients will receive a free overdraft for four montsh and have all direct debits, bill payments and standing orders transferred from their previous bank.

"With the holiday season well and truly here, what better way to get an extra £100 towards your spending money than to just switch current accounts," Ms Audhlam-Gardiner remarked.
