Leeds Building Society launches 3-year fixed-rate ISA at 5%

Leeds Building Society has launched a new three-year fixed-rate ISA and TOISA (TESSA-Only ISA) paying a guaranteed tax-free return of five per cent.

The new ISA and TOISA rates are guaranteed until September 30th 2009, with a minimum investment of £1.

Customers have access to up to 50 per cent of their initial investment instantly without penalties.
