Andy McKechnie is head of sales and marketing for Savings at Halifax, the UK's biggest provider of savings accounts.

Andy has worked in the retail banking sector for 25 years, and has worked for Lloyds TSB and as an independent retail banking consultant. He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
