Birmingham Midshires cuts e-saver rate

Birmingham Midshires has lowered the variable rate on its e-saver account to 1.84 per cent.

The interest is calculated daily and added to the account each month.

The account is managed online. Unlimited withdrawals and deposits are allowed.

The minimum balance is £1 and the maximum that can be held in the account is £5 million.
