A quick-access log-in is among the latest features which have been created to improve Barclay's mobile phone banking service.
The bank has also included a branch and ATM locator to the site as the second of two major improvements it has unveiled today.
According to Sean Gilchrist, director of Barclays Digital Banking, the latest additions will improve online banking for existing mobile customers but also encourage new customers to use the service.
The quick-access log-in has been added for customers who only want to view their balance, see a statement or make a transfer.
It comes after research showed many people were being put off using their phone for online banking because of complex logging in processes.
Meanwhile, the store and ATM locator includes maps which have been adjusted to fit a mobile phone handset.
Mr Gilchrist added: "We have seen phenomenal growth in the use of mobile banking this year and we will continue to make improvements to the service.
"The next phase will be to optimise other online banking services such as viewing balances, statements, transfers and payments to make mobile banking even quicker and easier for customers."
