Caxton launches iPhone banking app

Caxton FX and Petra Financial have unveiled a new iPhone application that allows cardholders to control their accounts entirely from their mobile.

Cardholders can use their phone to view statements and transactions, upload currency, transfer funds and check market rates from anywhere the phone has service.

Rupert Lee-Browne, chief executive of Caxton FX said: "Petra Financial helped us deliver a new solution with Touchstone Mobile that enables clients to use their phone to check currency market rates, check the balance on their Caxton FX MasterCard, see transaction details and statements, load money and transfer funds between accounts.

"We are pleased to be able to offer our customer this new level of service."
